Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification (Degree).
- Good understanding of customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of e-commerce would be advantageous.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Collaborative work ethic, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in groups.
- Proactive, positive individual with a sense of ownership.
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to our operations and customer service teams.
- Liaise closely with the e-commerce coordinator to assist with administrative tasks.
- Answer customer queries telephonically and per email.
- Assist with management of orders placed through our online shop.
- Follow up throughout the order fulfilment process to ensure successful delivery.
