Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all clinical teaching and learning activities;
- Implement clinical coordination activities;
- Assess and recommend appropriate clinical sites for the various specialist programmes;
- Propose mentors/preceptors to clinical coordination leadership regarding learning opportunities to further enrich Residents’ learning accomplishment;
- Ensure Residents report at assigned clinical training centres and perform assigned clinical duties as required;
- Maintain positive working relationships with clinical facility management and staff;
- Coordinate ongoing clinical evaluation of Residents on the field;
- Coordinate OSCE and practical examinations;
- Participate in research as defined by the Academic Board;
- Report on activities and assignments undertaken;
- Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by Management.
Qualification and Experience:
Applicants must have:
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Mental Health, Midwifery, Public Health or an equivalent discipline;
- A Professional Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Public Health Nurse or Midwife;
- Minimum of 4 years post qualification working experience in a public sector organization.
