Job Description
Role Purpose
- Lead planning process for manufacturing and supply chain costs (costs assumptions, productivity…) and monitor performance with relevant KPIs.
- Monitor productivity projects, highlighting link between cost drivers and financials, and drive benchmark discussions.
- Optimize return on investment for CAPEX projects by building robust business cases
- Ensure reliability of logistics standard costs and track accurately actual costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Supply Chain and Industrial performance through ad hoc analysis and recommendations of which CAPEX ROI (Logistic network analysis, Total cost to serve analysis & Make or By)
- Lead forecasting process of logistics and manufacturing cost productivity and key logistics and industrial costs drivers
- Co-lead productivity projects portfolio review
- Animate internal and external benchmarks discussions
- Establish Group reporting of items in his scope mainly Logistics and Manufacturing Price Variance
- Maintains local Business Intelligence tools updated on items in his scope mainly Logistics and Manufacturing costs
- Review and approve logistics and manufacturing contracts as per defined policy
- Ensure compliance of accounting and internal control rules
- Support Business Process owners and adequate ownership of controls and support internal control team during testing.
- To perform any business control measures needed to ensure the provision of financial resources to ensure food safety standards are not compromised.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CPA is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 6 years of finance and accounting experience, including finance, accounting, audit, and analysis (including gathering, evaluating, presenting, and reporting financial information to management and external stakeholders) within a multinational business.
- Solid experience in coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and accounting for investments.
- Change management ready for Integrated Business Services roadmap
- Proactive, hands-on manager who will own key projects
- Strategic thinker who possesses solid business acumen and is able to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact effectively with others, both internally and externally.
