A Distribution company in the Pharmaceutical sector is growing rapidly and currently looking for self-motivated and results oriented persons to fill these position: Branch Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones to grow the base
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
• Research and find new opportunities
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Developing business growth goals for the team and ensuring they are met
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field
• Ability to manage projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainly
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
