Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Shop Manager in day-to-day operations of the store.
- Supervise and train retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure smooth and efficient store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Assist in conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in inventory management and retail operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- HND or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management are a plus.
