Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:



  • Assist the Shop Manager in day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Supervise and train retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Assist in conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and retail operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • HND or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management are a plus.
