As an Administration Officer, you’ll help find clever solutions to interesting problems as you grow your skills every day. And you’ll do it with down-to-earth people who you’re proud to work with and get to know. Here’s how:

You will coordinate and collaborate with multiple administration employees within the division to drive for consistency of administration processes. You will continuously identify opportunities to implement ongoing improvement and refinement of systems and practices to deliver efficiency and/or service gains to our large Operation and Services Team.

You’ll deliver a wide range of administration duties in an effective manner such as:

  • Travel coordination, Financial processing and reconciliation
  • Planning and reporting activities
  • Document Management and Systems support

What you’ll bring

  • A certificate in Business Administration or demonstrated relevant experience working in a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge and skills in the use of business software, such as Microsoft Office, SAP and Objective

We’d also love you to have:

  • Demonstrated ability around administrative procedures such as invoice payments and reconciliation of data.
  • Demonstrated ability in data processing and the ability to report analyse data for reporting purposes.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
