Position : Admin Assistant for an IT Service Provider
What You’ll Be Working On

We are a regional Managed IT Services provider and are looking for a long-term Administrative Assistant for approximately 20 hours per week.
Note: there is complexity to the tools and work we do. Initially, there will be a lot to learn to get up to speed on our systems. Those first 2 weeks will require more time to get up to speed.
Flexibility is important. We need some availability each day Monday-Friday between 11am-3pm EST (4 hours per day) in order to process orders in a timely manner and for odd jobs.
We are looking for help with the following:

Monthly billing, should know how to use Quickbooks Online
Bank reconciliation
Payment reconciliation
Entering data into databases and accounting software
Preparing quotes and purchase orders on a daily basis
Ordering office supplies and managing stocks
Organizing and scheduling appointments
Handling administrative requests and queries
Product and data research
Handle renewal of asset

Requirements

We use QuickBooks Online, Office 365, G Suite, Autotask, Ingram, Amazon, Ringcentral, and others.
We are on the infrastructure and helpdesk support side of IT.
Use of our ticketing system to track all time is necessary part of this job.
The use of Microsoft Teams to communicate is necessary.
