• Issue Resolution
  : Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer complaints regarding billing, shipping, or product defects.
• Account & Order Processing
  : Assist clients with setting up new accounts, processing returns, updating information, and placing orders.
• Product Expertise
  : Maintain an in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and internal policies.
• Data Entry & CRM Upkeep
  : Log accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, and corrective actions taken in the CRM software.
• Escalation Handling
  : Route unique or deeply complex technical cases to specialized internal departments or supervisors with concise context.
