We are seeking a Operations & Commercial Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our facility, implementing strategic initiatives to expand the business, and ensuring excellent service delivery in a dynamic environment.
Missions:
- Manage and optimize the operational processes of the facility to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Drive business development initiatives to increase revenue streams, including room occupancy and food & beverage sales.
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities, including hospitality interns, to foster a motivated and productive team.
- Implement and oversee basic cash handling, stock management, and operational controls to maintain financial accuracy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
