Qualification Required & Experience

A person seeking appointment as Facilities Officer must:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience or
• Have HND in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
• Have working experience in project management, safety compliance and property maintenance.
• Have knowledge of local building codes, environmental laws, and safety regulations
