Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation:
Prospect new leads, conduct cold or warm outreach, pitch products, and meet monthly or quarterly revenue quotas.
- Customer Support:
Answer client queries, process orders or requests, and resolve complaints quickly and with empathy.
- Relationship Management:
