Position : QA,QC and Project Certification Officer – Accra
J.O. AGYAPONG GROUP is seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and quality-driven professional to join our team as a QA,QC and Project Certification Officer.
Missions:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing product quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and applicable requirements.
- The role will involve conducting inspections, monitoring production quality, maintaining quality documentation, coordinating product certification, and ensuring products meet the required standards before packaging, dispatch, and installation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Wood Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing or construction Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
- Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and quality control principles.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, product specifications, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage; ERPNext experience is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to work effectively with Production, Projects, Warehouse, Installation, and other technical teams.
