About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Kitchen Equipment Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial food service and catering equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and repair commercial cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, combi-steamers), dishwashers, and cold rooms/freezers.
- Perform preventive maintenance on gas, electrical, and plumbing components of kitchen appliances.
- Ensure all equipment complies with hygiene, gas safety, and electrical standards.
- Respond rapidly to kitchen emergency service requests to minimise downtime.

Requirements
- Technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Trade.
- 3+ years of experience servicing commercial catering/kitchen equipment (hotel, restaurant, or facility management background).
- Gas safety certification is highly desirable.
