Position : SCADA Operator – Dubai
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented SCADA Operator to monitor, control, and analyze real-time data from automated industrial processes and utility management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor SCADA human-machine interfaces (HMI) for alarms, system anomalies, and process deviations.
- Execute control sequences, remotely start/stop equipment, and adjust system setpoints according to operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with field technicians to log, escalate, and resolve active alarms and alarms logs.
- Generate shift summary reports, trend analysis logs, and incidence tracking records.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience operating SCADA, PLC, or telemetry systems in utilities, manufacturing, or FM environments.
- Strong analytical mind and quick decision-making under pressure.
