Position : BMS Operator – Dubai
About the Role
We are seeking a BMS Operator to control, monitor, and optimise our Building Management System to achieve optimum indoor environmental quality and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time operation of HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and power systems via the BMS workstation (e.g., Schneider, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens).
- Identify equipment faults, parameter spikes, or operational failures and dispatch technical teams immediately.
- Adjust schedules, set points, and occupancy logic to minimise energy consumption without sacrificing comfort.
- Keep comprehensive daily operation logs, error tracking, and energy reports.

Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience as a BMS operator in a commercial building, hotel, hospital, or data center.
- Proficiency in major BMS software platforms.
