Position : HVAC and Electrical Supervisor – Dubai
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HVAC & Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of technicians, coordinate daily maintenance, and ensure high operational reliability for all MEP electrical and cooling assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities, shift schedules, and work order allocations for HVAC and Electrical teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, code compliance, and quality control during maintenance/repairs.
- Conduct site inspections, audit completed job orders, and manage spare parts inventory.
- Serve as the main point of contact for technical escalation, sub-contractors, and facility management teams.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within FM or construction.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
