One of the fastest growing Community Banks in the country is looking for an individual with the following qualification and experience for the position of a Branch Manager.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of First Degree or its equivalent in any business-related course.
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Branch Manager or 5 years’ experience as an Operations Officer in the financial services sector, preferably a community Bank.
• Must have very good knowledge in credit risk management
• Must have strong sales and networking skills
• Good knowledge in the preparation of prudential returns. Knowledge of the T24 banking software would be an advantage.
• Must be able to speak the Twi language fluently.
