Position : Property Manager – East Legon
We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team. This position involves overseeing the daily operations of a high-end residential property, ensuring excellent tenant satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency in a dynamic environment.
Missions:
- Manage the daily operations of the property to ensure smooth functioning and high tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to uphold property standards.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and oversee rent collection and expense management.
- Ensure compliance with local housing laws and property management regulations.
- Lead and supervise on-site staff, providing guidance and support for optimal performance.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in Property Management, Real Estate, or Hospitality Management
- Strong leadership, financial reporting, and problem-solving skills
