Position : Enumerator – Multiple Cities
BISA Research Consulting is seeking detail-oriented and professional Enumerators to support data collection for a range of research and consulting projects. Enumerators will work directly with field supervisors and project teams to conduct surveys, interviews, and observations using digital tools.
Engagement Type: Project-Based / Short-Term Contract
Location: Multiple regions (based on project location)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face or phone interviews using structured questionnaires
- Accurately record responses using mobile data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO)
- Ensure informed consent and ethical conduct at all times
- Work closely with field supervisors to meet daily targets
- Report any challenges or unusual responses during fieldwork

Requirements:
- SHS certificate or higher; university students and graduates are encouraged to apply
- Fluent in English and at least one local language
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Experience with fieldwork or digital data collection tools is an advantage
- Must be punctual, organized, and able to follow instructions
