Position : Site Supervisor – Nsawam
We are looking for a Site Supervisor.
Responsibilities :
- Supervising daily construction activities and ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinating and monitoring the activities of site workers, artisans, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Planning and assigning daily work schedules to construction teams.
- Ensuring projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
- Monitoring workmanship and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
- Inspecting ongoing work and correcting defects or non-compliance issues promptly.
- Ensuring construction materials are properly received, stored, and utilized to minimize wastage.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports for management.
- Monitoring labour productivity and ensuring efficient utilization of manpower.
- Enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
- Conducting toolbox meetings and ensuring all workers adhere to safety procedures.
- Reporting accidents, incidents, and safety hazards immediately.
