Position : Loan Officer – Adenta, Madina and Ada
We are looking for a Loan Officer.
The Loan Officer is responsible for sourcing, assessing, recommending, disbursing, monitoring, and recovering loans while maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio. The role requires building strong relationships with clients, conducting credit assessments, ensuring compliance with company policies, and achieving portfolio growth and repayment targets.

The ideal candidate should possess a SHS certificate, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Candidates should have strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and relationship management skills. Previous experience in microfinance, banking, credit administration, sales, loan recovery, or customer service will be an advantage.
The successful applicant must demonstrate integrity, analytical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and achieve performance targets. A willingness to work in the field and interact regularly with clients is essential.
Applicants must be able to ride a motorbike or be willing to undergo training and learn how to ride a motorbike, as the role requires frequent field visits for client acquisition, loan monitoring, and collections.
