We are seeking a Corporate Strategist to join our team. This role involves providing overall oversight of all aspects of the business to ensure the effectiveness of strategic plans and maintain the company’s competitiveness in an ever-evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:

• Define and oversee the implementation of the company’s overall strategy, aligning short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.
• Effectively communicate strategic business goals with senior leadership to foster a shared understanding and drive organizational growth.
• Organize and lead regular meetings with the leadership team to discuss ongoing strategy and determine key information to be shared with employees to enhance day-to-day effectiveness.
• Maintain close communication with the CEO to review company performance, provide strategic recommendations, and strengthen the company’s market position.
• Ensure the communication and execution of the company’s strategy both internally and externally, so that partners, suppliers, employees, and subcontractors fully understand the organization’s vision and objectives.
• Lead strategic decision-making processes by promoting medium- and long-term improvements that enhance the company’s competitive advantage.
• Establish and regularly review key strategic priorities, translating them into actionable and measurable plans.
• Monitor the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure they are adjusted as needed based on performance results and changing business conditions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging across all communication channels and support branding initiatives.
