A reputable company in Kumasi is looking for an Account Officer to join it’s team. The role holder is responsible for dealing with the company’s petty cash Account for all the retail branches and ensuring accuracy and transparency as well as regularly taking stock of company fix assets.
Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that all Receivable Accounts are reconciled monthly
• Ensure that all petty Cash Accounts are reported before replenishment and the cash balance must agree with NAV.
• Ensure all due amounts received (both Cash and Cheques) are lodged into the designated bank account and reported
• Ensure copies of all receipts and bank deposit slips are maintained and documented properly.
• Maintain fixed assets register.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and all outstanding cleared.
• Use ageing analysis to ensure that all debts aged are collected.
• Perform any other related work that may be assigned.
