Position : Branch Manager – Sales and Operations – Accra

A growing business group operating in Telecommunications, Mobile Money, Agency Banking, Consumer Electronics, Mobile Phones, Accessories, Home Appliances, Pay TV Services, Retail, Wholesale Distribution, Digital Services, and Real Estate is seeking mature, ambitious, and sales-driven professionals to join its team as Branch Managers.
This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, leadership, and business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a branch while driving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, stock management, and overall branch performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, leading teams, solving problems, and delivering results.
Responsibilities :
Sales & Revenue Growth:



  • Drive branch sales and revenue growth.
  • Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets.
  • Increase customer traffic and conversion rates.
  • Promote and sell products and services offered by the business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Drive repeat business and customer retention.

Drive sales of:

  • Ensure excellent customer service standards.

Branch Operations

  • Manage daily branch operations.
  • Supervise branch employees and support staff.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor branch productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure proper branch presentation and merchandising standards.

Stock & Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and product availability.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations.
  • Minimize stock losses and damages.
  • Manage ageing stock and improve stock turnover.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records.

Cash Management & Controls

  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures.
  • Monitor daily cash collections and banking activities.
  • Ensure accurate transaction recording.
  • Support financial controls and compliance activities.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Monitor branch KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Analyze sales and operational performance.
  • Submit reports within required timelines.

The Branch Manager will be directly responsible for the performance of the assigned branch and will be expected to ensure that all sales, gross profit, stock, customer service, compliance, and operational targets are achieved.
The successful candidate will lead branch staff, manage customer relationships, oversee inventory, monitor branch finances, and drive business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate must think and act like a business owner, taking full responsibility for branch performance and profitability.
Qualifications :

  • SSSCE, WASSCE, HND, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales, Retail Operations, Customer Service, Business Development, Telecommunications, Electronics Retail, Financial Services, or related industries.
  • Previous supervisory, team leadership, or branch management experience will be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales and business targets.
  • Experience in retail sales, telecommunications, electronics, Mobile Money, agency banking, or related sectors will be an advantage.

  • Ability to prepare sales reports, stock reports, branch performance reports, and business summaries.
  • Knowledge of Odoo ERP and Tally Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
