We are seeking a highly disciplined, tough, and results-driven Assistant General Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence within a fast-paced food order fulfillment and supply environment. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong managerial presence, capable of enforcing standards, driving team performance, maintaining operational discipline, and functioning effectively under intense pressure where speed, accuracy, accountability, and efficiency are critical.
The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership maturity, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively manage people, coordinate operations, resolve problems quickly, and ensure high performance standards are consistently maintained across all operational areas. Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities and workflow.
• Ensure timely processing, preparation, dispatch, and fulfillment of food orders and supplies.
• Oversee staff discipline, punctuality, productivity, and operational performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with company operational procedures and standards.
• Monitor inventory usage, stock movement, requisitions, and wastage control.
• Resolve operational challenges promptly and decisively.
• Prepare operational reports and provide direct support to senior management.
• Coordinate effectively with procurement, stores, logistics, kitchen support, and administrative teams.
• Maintain high levels of organization, cleanliness, accountability, and operational structure.
• Ensure customer orders and operational timelines are executed accurately and efficiently.
