We are seeking a Motorbike Scout to join our team. This position involves actively identifying potential motorbike riders, recruiting suitable candidates, onboarding new riders, and providing ongoing support to ensure their successful integration onto the Yango platform under M C MOVE operations. The role requires a proactive approach in engaging with field candidates and maintaining high recruitment standards in a dynamic environment.
Missions:

• Identify and approach potential motorbike riders in various field locations.
• Recruit qualified candidates and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Provide continuous support and assistance to new riders to ensure smooth platform integration.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and rider support interactions.
• Achieve and surpass recruitment targets consistently through effective field engagement.
