Position : Sales and Marketing Manager – Accra
We’re Hiring: Sales and Marketing Manager.
Are you a commercial leader who can drive revenue growth while building a powerful brand? We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing function and deliver measurable business results.
What you’ll be leading:
- Developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies across all channels
- Managing and coaching a high-performance sales and marketing team
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and partners
- Overseeing marketing campaigns, brand visibility and promotional activities
- Tracking sales performance, market trends and reporting on KPIs and ROI.

What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in sales & marketing, with at least 2 in a management role
- Experience in FMCG is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
