A reputable MEP engineering solutions provider in Accra is seeking a results-driven Electrical Engineer (Field Project Lead) to lead and deliver engineering projects across Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors. We are looking for a proactive professional with strong leadership, planning, and execution skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from initiation to completion
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to management
• Oversee procurement and site operations where required
