Position : Case Manager (Recovery Officer) – Pokuasi
Job Summary
De Apokalupsis Consult (dac) is seeking a proactive, assertive Case Manager to lead debt recovery efforts. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts, contacting debtors via phone and field visits, negotiating settlements, and escalating cases to legal partners when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of debtors assigned by the company
- Contact debtors via phone calls, text messages, WhatsApp, and field visits
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with debtors
- Document all recovery activities in the company CRM
- Prepare weekly recovery reports for management
- Identify cases that require legal escalation and prepare files for referral
- Coordinate with the legal team on litigation matters
- Ensure all recovery activities are compliant with the Data Protection Act (Act 843)
- Achieve monthly recovery targets

Requirements
- Must live within or near Pokuasi, Amasaman, or Barrier (commuting distance)
- Minimum of WASSCE certificate (Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Law is an advantage)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Must have a valid mobile phone and be willing to travel within Accra for field visits
- Previous debt collection or field sales experience is a plus — training will be provided
- Must be comfortable with basic computer use (Excel, CRM)
