Position : Field Network Technician – Kumasi
We are looking for a Field Network Technician.
The Field Technician will install internet services and troubleshoot internet connection issues at customers’ premises. He will also be installing and troubleshooting CCTV cameras, as well as performing any other IT-related jobs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys, install, and set up WiFi connections at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues promptly.
- Respond to technical reports forwarded from the call center.
- Submit daily field technical reports on completed jobs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Install and troubleshoot CCTV Cameras.
- Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and must be able to drive a car.
