Manager – Solution/Service Sales

Summary:

You will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our most valuable customers. You’ll require a strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing clients relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Use extensive knowledge and understanding of the solutions and services offered by the organization to close on new business opportunities with key accounts, with a focus on the financial services sector, telcos, etc.
  • Take responsibility for individual sales target
  • Communicate with prospective customers to understand their needs and collaborate with internal teams to find suitable solutions that best fit the individual needs of the customer.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within assigned territories and accounts.
  • Establish relationships with existing clients, identifying possible areas to upsell or cross-sell.
  • Work with the technical pre-sales team to prepare bids/proposals that address customers’ needs.
  • Give sales presentations to propose solutions.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring POCS are delivered to customers successfully.
  • Work with the team members to negotiate contracts and successfully close agreements to maximize profits
  • Liaise between customers and the technical team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions and services in accordance customers’ requirements
  • Take responsibility for resolving sales-related issues under assigned account(s)
  • Develop new ideas to retain existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3–6 years’ experience in IT, Cybersecurity Sales Strong business development and relationship management skill • Prior experience in IT sales to financial institutions is key.
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented with a track record of closing deals
