Position : Medical Sales Executive – Accra
We are looking for a Medical Sales Executive.
Responsibilities :
- Promote and drive sales of the company’s medical and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and hospital procurement teams.
- Deliver engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions to increase product knowledge and influence purchasing decisions.
- Develop, execute, and monitor strategic territory sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct continuous market research to track competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging opportunities for business growth.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Schedule and perform regular visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and laboratories to ensure consistent product visibility and support.
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely follow-ups, product guidance, and comprehensive after-sales support.
- Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
