Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert advice on crop production, soil management, and sustainable farming practices.
• Conduct soil testing and analyze data to recommend appropriate fertilizers and soil amendments.
• Develop and implement crop management plans to optimize yield and quality.
• Monitor crop performance, pests, and diseases and recommend effective control measures.
• Work closely with farmers and agricultural stakeholders to improve agricultural productivity.
• Conduct field trials and research to evaluate new crop varieties and farming techniques.
• Prepare reports and present findings to management and clients.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in agronomy or agricultural advisory services.
• Strong knowledge of crop production systems, soil fertility, and pest management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with farming communities.
• Proficiency in agricultural data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork when required.
