As part of its nationwide expansion and terminal modernization program, the company seeks experienced and performance-driven professionals to join its operations team as Terminal Managers across key locations.
Position: Terminal Manager – Passenger/Courier Operations
Locations: Lagos, Utako, Nyanya, Owerri, Aba, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Awka, Onitsha, Amichi
The Terminal Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned passenger transport terminals, ensuring efficient passenger movement, effective courier handling, proper fleet dispatch, and excellent customer service. The role requires a hands-on operations leader with strong industry experience, leadership capability, and the ability to drive operational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily terminal operations including passenger services, courier logistics, vehicle dispatch, and schedule management.
- Supervise operational staff including drivers, dispatchers, loaders, and customer service officers.
- Manage ticketing operations, passenger check-in, baggage handling, and cargo loading/unloading.
- Ensure compliance with transport safety regulations, operational standards, and company policies.
- Maintain terminal facilities, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and control terminal operating expenses and resources.
- Handle passenger concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track and report terminal operational performance to management.
- Identify opportunities to increase passenger traffic and courier logistics revenue.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery across the transport network.

Candidate Profile
- BSc or HND from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in the passenger transport, logistics, or courier industry.
- Proven terminal operations or logistics management experience.
- Strong local market network capable of driving passenger and parcel traffic.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume transport operations under pressure.
