These agents will be taken through an orientation which will involve training on topics such as the Hollard Purpose, the Hollard Way and the products of the company.
These individuals would be expected to bring their experience to bear hence reducing training duration and the time required to attain maturity
Qualification Required & Experience
MODE OF OPERATION
• individual These agents will be sought nationwide and tied to various branches.
• They would be required to deliver on a much higher productivity target.
• This would imply that earnings would be different from that of mainstream agents.
• Branch Managers would have oversight responsibility for the Super Agents.
The qualification of an for the position of a Super-Agent would be as follows:
• Have a minimum of one (1) year experience in life insurance sales with a reputable company on the Ghanaian market
• Should be an agent who has delivered on a productivity of twenty (20) and above from previous place of work.
REMUNERATION
• A monthly allowance of one thousand, five hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 1,500.00) will be paid to individuals who achieve the productivity target set.
• One thousand five hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 1,500.00) will be paid in month one. Cases produced in month one
