Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Provide clear direction for the school’s long-term growth and reputation.
- Drive innovation and accountability across all aspects of school operations.
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships with regulators, boards, and external partners.
Academic Leadership
- Oversee the design and implementation of a rigorous international curriculum (Cambridge, IB, or equivalent).
- Ensure high teaching standards and continuous improvement in student outcomes.
- Integrate technology and modern learning approaches effectively.
- Promote inclusive education that supports a wide range of learners.
Faculty & Staff Development
- Recruit and mentor high-quality educators and administrators.
- Lead professional development and succession planning for faculty and leadership teams.
- Create a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
Student & Community Development
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and personal growth of all students.
- Expand extracurricular and enrichment opportunities.
- Build strong connections with parents, guardians, and alumni communities.
- Represent the school in local and international forums.

Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related discipline.
- At least 7–10 years of leadership experience, including senior roles in international or multicultural schools.
- Familiarity with Cambridge, IB, or similar international curricula.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategically and operationally at scale.
