Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., Security Management, Risk Management, Project Management) is an advantage.
• Training or certification in private security operations, investigations, or related fields is desirable.

Experience

• Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in security operations, private security services, law enforcement, or corporate security management
• Demonstrated experience managing large teams, field operations, client service, and compliance.

Technical & Professional Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Ghana’s Private Security Organisations laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Solid understanding of security operations, risk assessment, incident response, deployment planning, and workforce management.
• Ability to oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and monitor operational policies and SOPs.
• Proficiency with digital tools for reporting, scheduling, and operations management.

Leadership & Behavioural Competencies

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, discipline, and guide large teams.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive growth, maintain client relationships, and ensure service quality.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct

Other Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, depending on operational needs.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various client sites.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage corporate, residential, and high-profile clients.
