Position : General Manager- Security Services – Takoradi
We are looking for a General Manager- Security Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day operations of our security teams and ensuring our guards are well-supported and performing at their best.
- Building strong relationships with clients and making sure we deliver reliable, high-quality security services every day.
- Guiding and motivating supervisors, coordinators, and field teams to maintain high standards across all client sites.
- Working closely with leadership to shape our strategy, improve processes, and support business growth.
- Overseeing compliance with Ghana’s security regulations and ensuring all licensing and documentation are always up to date.
- Managing budgets, resources, and operational reports to help us make informed and impactful decisions.
- Leading recruitment, training, and performance management to build a strong and disciplined workforce.
- Responding to incidents, supporting investigations, and ensuring safety and risk standards are upheld.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., Security Management, Risk Management, Project Management) is an advantage.
- Training or certification in private security operations, investigations, or related fields is desirable.
Experience
- Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in security operations, private security services, law enforcement, or corporate security management
- Demonstrated experience managing large teams, field operations, client service, and compliance.
Technical & Professional Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Ghana’s Private Security Organisations laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Solid understanding of security operations, risk assessment, incident response, deployment planning, and workforce management.
- Ability to oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and monitor operational policies and SOPs.
- Proficiency with digital tools for reporting, scheduling, and operations management.
Leadership & Behavioural Competencies
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, discipline, and guide large teams.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive growth, maintain client relationships, and ensure service quality.

Other Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, depending on operational needs.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various client sites.
