Key Responsibilities
- Curate, create, and schedule high-impact content for diverse social platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.) ensuring a consistent, engaging brand voice.
- Manage daily posting schedules efficiently using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later to maximize reach and engagement.
- Proactively monitor platforms for comments, direct messages, and mentions, responding promptly and appropriately to foster a vibrant online community.
- Track comprehensive content performance, generate insightful weekly or monthly analytics reports, and translate data into actionable strategies for improvement.
- Conduct continuous competitor analysis and stay abreast of the latest social media trends, updates, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Assist with basic graphics and visual assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express to support content initiatives.
- Collaborate seamlessly with content creators, graphic designers, and the wider marketing team in a remote environment.
- Proactively suggest and execute tests for new content formats, strategies, and platform features to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Actively contribute to monthly content planning sessions and campaign brainstorming, bringing fresh ideas and strategic insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven, hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand, demonstrating measurable results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone for various audiences (from professional to conversational).
- Familiarity with social media analytics platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, and other native insights tools.
- Proficiency with leading social media scheduling and management platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Competency in creating light graphics and visual content using Canva or similar user-friendly design tools
Remote Work Essentials:
- Stable electricity supply and access to a quiet, distraction-free, and professional workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and personal computer/laptop.
- Highly self-motivated, meticulous attention to detail, and comfortable working independently in a results-driven remote setting.
