Position : Community Manager Virtual Assistant – Nigeria
Raphael Group is searching for an energetic, people-focused Community Manager Virtual Assistant to build, engage, and support our rapidly growing online community. You’ll be the authentic face and voice of our brand across social platforms, groups, forums, and chat channels, dedicated to keeping members informed, connected, and deeply engaged.

Key Responsibilities
- Moderate and manage daily activity across all designated community platforms (e.g., Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord).
- Warmly welcome new members, promptly respond to questions, and actively foster engaging conversations.
- Monitor community sentiment closely, identifying and flagging issues early (e.g., spam, conflicts, negative feedback).
- Organize and flawlessly execute virtual community events or targeted engagement campaigns.
- Share relevant content, timely updates, and important announcements to keep members well-informed.
- Gather valuable insights and feedback directly from the community, then report key trends and observations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone.
- Uphold and enforce community guidelines to ensure respectful, inclusive, and positive interaction among all members.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement roles.
- Communication: Excellent written communication and a natural conversational tone in English.
