Position : Supply Chain Manager – Accra
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager.
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all supply chain activities within the organization. This role ensures the efficient flow of goods, materials, and information from suppliers to customers while optimizing costs, improving operational performance, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Forecast demand, analyze trends, and plan inventory requirements to ensure product availability.
- Optimize procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution processes.
2. Procurement & Supplier Management
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials at competitive prices.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor performance through audits and reviews.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and compliance requirements.
3. Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Monitor inventory levels to reduce shortages, overstocking, and carrying costs.
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
- Implement inventory control systems and continuous process improvements.
4. Logistics & Distribution
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Ensure timely delivery to customers while minimizing transportation costs.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and internal teams.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the supply chain.
- Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improvements and cost reductions.
- Prepare timely reports for management on supply chain performance.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain systems, ERP software, and forecasting tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
