We are looking for a Chief Finance Officer.
The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial health and long-term fiscal planning of the organization. The CFO will provide executive-level guidance on financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, and risk management to support sustainable business growth. This role requires a forward-thinking financial leader with strong analytical capabilities, deep business acumen, and the ability to drive high-impact financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and implement the organization’s long-term financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Advise the CEO and Board on financial performance, forecasts, and investment opportunities.
• Lead strategic planning, capital allocation, and financial risk management initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend strategies to optimize revenue growth and profitability.

Financial Management & Operations

• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, treasury, and tax management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Establish robust internal controls, financial policies, and performance KPIs.
• Manage cash flow planning, liquidity, working capital, and fund utilization effectively.

Risk, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, statutory requirements, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee internal and external audits; implement corrective financial measures when necessary.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets and financial stability.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and develop the finance team, cultivating a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with department heads to support operational and financial decision-making.
• Build relationships with investors, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
