Position : Business Development Manager – Remote

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities to enhance WGU’s reach and enrollment.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and manage relationships with corporate partners, institutions, and industry leaders to create collaboration opportunities.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase enrollments, sponsorships, and corporate training programs.
- Brand Awareness: Promote WGU through networking, events, and digital outreach to strengthen its presence in target markets.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to align business development efforts with institutional goals.

Required Profile – Skills & Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
- Experience in higher education, EdTech, or online learning is an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets and developing high-value partnerships.
