Position : Sales Executive – Accra
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive who can bridge the gap between technical cybersecurity solutions and business needs. The ideal candidate has proven sales experience and the ability to build strong client relationships. You will work with our team to understand client challenges and position our cybersecurity solutions as the answer to their security concerns. This role offers the opportunity to develop specialised expertise in the growing cybersecurity market while utilising transferable sales skills.
The Sales Executive will promote and sell our cybersecurity solutions to corporate and government clients. This role is suitable for professionals with at least 3 years of transferable sales experience who are looking to grow in the cybersecurity sector.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with potential corporate and government clients
- Present our cybersecurity solutions, including ransomware containment, intrusion prevention, and IT security infrastructure
- Educate clients on cybersecurity threats and our preventive measures
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for potential clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction after implementation
- Address any concerns related to our cybersecurity solutions
- Submit monthly sales reports and market analysis
- Work toward quarterly sales targets

Qualification & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (cybersecurity sales experience is beneficial but not required)
- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability
