Position : Wholesale Supervisor – Accra
We are looking for a Wholesale Supervisor.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage wholesale team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale clients.
- Identify and attract new wholesale customers.
- Oversee inventory management, warehousing and logistics.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing wholesale team.
- Set and monitor team performance metrics.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise wholesale channel performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain).
- Prepare and submit reports on sales results and activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyse sales data and identify areas for improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wholesale sales or management
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and managing wholesale operations
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics
