Position : Revenue Operations Manager – Accra
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager.
The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing our revenue and ensuring alignment across business development, customer service, and account teams. This role involves driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Daily Operations: Develop and implement revenue operation strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to improve operational processes and systems.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the business development team, providing training and support as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Cost Management: Develop strategies to maximize revenue growth, such as creating pricing models and marketing campaigns.
- Customer Service: Address any issues or concerns from customers on outgoing and incoming invoices.
- Compliance: Ensure all our debtors comply with the company’s payment agreement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on revenue, debtors and customer issues.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, economics or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a 3PL environment including customs clearance.
- Leadership Skills: Leading and motivating heads of departments to achieve common objectives.
- Communication Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
