Position : Social Media Manager – Accra

We are looking for a Social Media Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (images, videos, captions, etc.) to engage our audience and strengthen brand presence
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, and messages, and fostering conversations
- Monitor trends, analyse performance metrics, and optimise content based on data insights
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay updated with social media best practices, emerging trends, and new platform features

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and think creatively
