Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Officer at The Palm Center for Ethical Leadership (PCEL) in Accra. The Officer will be responsible for leading programs, activities, and research initiatives to equip and train individuals in practicing ethical and excellent leadership. Daily tasks include managing community engagement, conducting research on ethical leadership, advocating for ethical behaviors, and ensuring accountability among members of the Center.
Qualifications
- Leadership Development, Program Management, and Research skills
- Strong communication and advocacy skills
- Knowledge of ethical leadership principles and practices
- Experience in promoting ethics and accountability
- Ability to work collaboratively in a community-focused environment
- A degree in Ethics, Leadership, Public Administration, or related field
- Experience in fighting unethical behaviors and corruption is a plus
