Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the following vacant positions in a leading rural bank in the Eastern Region: Microfinance Officer

Job Summary

• Responsible for prospecting, formation and training of groups
• Prospect for loan customers, appraise loan as well as undertake daily loan recovery exercise
• Supervision of Mobile Bankers (Susu Collectors), reconciliation of passbooks as well as customer visitation

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of HND or bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional (Part II or above) qualification such as ACCA, CA, ACIB, CIMA etc
• A minimum of 2 years experience in microfinance activities
• Relative experience in any banking operation role will be an added advantage
