Sterling Insurance are part of the largest specialist motor insurance broker in the UK and are looking for applicants who are self-motivated to work from home on a permanent basis to provide telephone support to our important Motor Insurance policy holders as part of our fast-paced contact centre. Experience in a Customer Service environment is preferred but not necessary as we have a great structured training plan, and all equipment will be provided.
Training is provided via an online platform which takes place Monday to Friday
9am to 4pm with a 30-minute break for 10 weeks.
After you complete your training, you can either work 30 or 35 hours per week as you choose, with the flexibility to manage your own hours and enjoy a smarter way of working for that all important work life balance.

The Role: This role will be telephone-based dealing with mostly incoming telephone enquiries. Your duties will involve offering a complete customer care package. This will cover a wide range of subjects in connection with our customers’ insurance with the emphasis on helping them with their policy enquiries.
Starting Salary: £21,000 – £23,000
Once established in the role, annual earnings of in excess of £30K are realistically achievable with salary, bonuses and voluntary paid overtime.
Bonuses: Up to £250 per month subject to performance
Location: Remote / home working available, or you can work in our office in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire
