Security System Installer At Capital Liberty Partners Limited

We are seeking a skilled Security System Installer to join our team for a commercial construction project in Accra, Ghana.

The Security System Installer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic security systems, including alarm devices, CCTV, and access control systems. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electronics, electrical systems, and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, or repair security systems, alarm devices, or related equipment.
• Mount and fasten control panels, door and window contacts, sensors, or video cameras and attach electrical and telephone wiring to connect components.
• Test and repair circuits and sensors, following wiring and system specifications.
• Adjust sensitivity of units, based on room structures and manufacturers’ recommendations.
• Demonstrate systems for customers and explain details, such as the causes and consequences of false alarms.
• Collaborate with construction crew and other tradespeople.

• Proven experience as a Security System Installer or in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of security systems and installation practices.
• Ability to understand and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Valid Ghanaian or international driver’s license.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certification as a Security System Installer or similar role.
• Experience working in Ghana or a similar environment.
• Proficiency in both English and local language.

The daily pay rate depends on the work carried out and can range from 50Ghs – 80 Ghs per day.
